Transferring Knowledge Means ...

... not only to communicate information in a structured way but also:
  • to motivate
  • to initiate information processing
  • to store and access knowledge
  • to adopt knowledge in the same or a new context
  • to control and check

Especially the last mentioned points are quite often forgotten!
